Hemalatha Rallapalli has graduated with B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Sri KrishnaDeva Raya University, Ananthpur, and Andhra Pradesh, India in 1992. Since then she has a versatile experience in the Industry and academics. She obtained her M.Tech from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India, with specialization in Embedded Systems. She is presently pursuing her Ph.D in the area of Software Defined Radio. She is a member of IEEE and IETE.
